Returns and Refunds Policy

At DES Designs, we take great pride in crafting custom clothing made specifically to your individual specifications. Because of the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we have a strict no returns or exchanges policy. Please read the following carefully to understand our policy.


1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • All items sold by DES Designs are custom-made based on your selected designs, sizes, and custom specifications.

  • Due to this customization, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

  • Please ensure that you carefully review your order details before confirming your purchase.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications you provided, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order to report the issue.

To process your claim, we may require:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product.

  • Details of the order number and description of the issue.

Upon verification, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability).

  • A partial refund or store credit.

Please note that claims made after 7 calendar days may not be eligible for resolution.

4. Shipping for Returns

If a replacement is approved and you are required to return the defective or incorrect item, DES Designs will provide instructions for the return shipment. We may cover return shipping costs at our discretion.


5. Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the returned item or approve a claim.


6. Order Cancellations

Due to the custom production process, cancellations are not accepted once an order is confirmed and processed.
